What We Offer
Therapy services for every stage of life
Whether you're a parent seeking support for your child, or an adult ready to invest in your own wellbeing, we offer a warm, professional space to begin your journey.
For Children
Children's Therapy
Children experience the world differently to adults. Our specialist child therapists use play, creativity, and gentle conversation to help children aged 4–17 make sense of their emotions and experiences in a safe, nurturing environment.
Play Therapy
Children communicate naturally through play. Using toys, sand trays, art, and creative materials, play therapy gives children a safe way to express feelings they may not yet have words for.
Child-Centred Therapy
Following the child's lead, this approach builds trust and self-esteem at the child's own pace — creating a space where they feel truly heard and valued.
Creative Arts Therapy
Drawing, painting, storytelling, and movement can unlock emotions and experiences that are difficult to express verbally, especially for younger children.
Therapeutic Parenting Support
Working alongside parents and carers to develop strategies that support the child's emotional wellbeing at home and at school.
